Bruises - very interesting book.
In about three weeks ago out teacher gave us an assignment to go down to the library and choose the book that we are going to read to the end of that semester. I picked up three of them , and all three of them were interesting enough. There was one book that just totally caught my attention and i decided to continue that book. The name of the book is Bruises by Anke de Vries.The book is about 8 years old girl living with her mother and two years old brother. The mother is obsessed with her son Dennis and she would do anything for him , and also she treats her daughter Judith very poorly. She bits her horribly for nothing. Judith gets even tics from that. she wets her bed every night and she can not control that anymore. The teachers at school and also the neighbors starting to notice something, and her best friend Michael as well. I am very curious what is going to happen next. I have not finished the book yet. I am just hoping that there will be some happy end for her.
